Shipping and packing charges:
The maximum you will have to pay for the largest UK mainland order is £70.00(+VAT) for a pallet between 500 Kg and 1 Tonne.
The lowest you will pay for the smallest UK mainland order is £10.00(+VAT).
Free delivery on orders over £1000 is only applicable to UK mainland addresses on a One Day Service. Scottish Highlands, Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Jersey and Ireland are not included as these are a Two to Three Day Service.
Your goods will be very carefully and professionally packed and fully insured in transit against loss or damage
UK Shipping
All UK larger pallet orders (typically between 150Kg to 1000Kg) will be shipped by 'Palletways' on a 'Next Day Service', (Scottish Highlands, Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Jersey and Ireland are a 'Two to Three Day Service'). Fully Insured against loss or damage. The 'Next Day' delivery will be the day following dispatch for mainland UK orders.
Smaller items will be shipped by DPD Parcel Service. Our website will calculate your shipping costs. (We shall inform you if there is a shipping problem).
Order placed before 2:00pm Monday - Friday will be despatched normally the same day if the items are in stock. Orders placed after 2:00pm cannot be guaranteed to go out the same day.
You will be informed immediately if there is any problem with any part of your order or if any item is 'out of stock'.
European and International Orders
Parcels(typically upto 100Kg) to Europe will be shipped by DPD Parcels and larger orders or pallet orders may need to be priced on application.
