Black (Electrophoretic coated) Range
A plastic stop end for use in the end of tubes. This stop end cap can be used in either medium or heavy gauge tube. This is only a friction fit and for a more permanent fix an adhesive is recommended.
Often used for mounting boards, table or stool tops practically flush with tubes. Fixing holes are 6mm diameter. The tube cannot be joined within the fitting.
Hexagonal key. The allen key is the only tool required to tighten up a Pipeclamp fitting. The use of the dual ratchet Pipeclamp is recommended to achieve the required torque.
A locking collar used as extra support for a Pipeclamp fitting on structures where the slip load on the grubscrew may be exceeded i.e. racking. Can also be used to support a Key Clamp fitting that is required to be left undone. i.e. a gate hinge.
The Key Clamp fitting is a metal stop end for sealing the open ends of tubes. This Key Clamp fitting is a drive in fit that is difficult to remove without the need for adhesive. For a plastic alternative use Pipeclamp fitting 133.
Often used for mounting boards practically flush with tubes. Fixing holes suit a wide range of common mechanical and chemical masonry anchors. The tube cannot be joined within the fitting.

Chain hook. Used to locate chains across openings. Not ideal for permanent chain location. Recommended that one end of the chain is fixed using a Key Clamp and held in place with a nut and bolt.

Hook 90°. Similar to tube coupling type 182, but better suited for making coat hangers and the like.
Key Clamp Single male fitting with only 1 lug.
Female section of a 2 part gate hinge. Used in conjunction with Key Clamp fitting reference 140.
A 90 deg. tee connection between two tubes. Typical use is on straight and level guardrail to connect the vertical to the top rail or end/mid rail to the vertical. This Key Clamp fitting cannot be used to join tubes in the top of the short tee.
Male section of a 2 part gate hinge. Used in conjunction with Key Clamp fitting reference 138.
Often used for mounting boards practically flush with tubes. Fixing holes suit a wide range of common mechanical and chemical masonry anchors. The tube cannot be joined within the fitting.
A 90° offset crossover fitting. The tube is unable to be jointed within this fitting. Ideal applications are for racking systems or offset guardrail. Where dimension ‘D’ indicates two figures, the first figure refers to tube ‘A’, second refers to tube ‘B’.
As shown, priced and sold as a single fitting but normally used in pairs to create angles between 85° and 235°. A central tube is required to join the (Key Clamp) fittings together to create the angle. When working out the correct tube length dimension ‘C’ should be subtracted.
A double male fitting with the lugs at 180° to each other.
Inline Add on Tee. Used for making additions to, upgrading or modifying an existing structure without having having the need to dismantle part or all of that structure.
This OPEN version of the 143 type fitting is suitable as rail holder where the tube can be removed easily and quickly.
This CLOSED version of the 143 type fitting is suitable as rail holder where the tube can be removed easily and quickly.
Key Clamp fitting typical use is on straight and level guardrail for connecting the mid/lower rail to the vertical at a 90 corner.
Offset add on tee. Used for making additions to, upgrading or modifying an existing structure without having the need to dismantle part or all of that structure.
Our easy to assemble, do it yourself range of tube and fittings are perfect for a wide range of applications.
Black (Electrophoretic coated) Clamp fittings, are black malleable fittings with a black electrophoretic coating finish.
Electrophoretic coating or painting is an industrial process which uses an electric field to deposit particles of paint onto a material, usually metal fabricated products.
This provides a consistent coating which is non-porous, is generally more environmentally friendly than alternative processes and also enables the insides of the clamps to be coated as well as the outside. The coating is water based and non-toxic which dries smooth.
The result is a smooth, semi-gloss finish.
All clamps come supplied with grub screws.
Fittings can be tightened using a standard allen hex key.
And combined with black (Electrophoretic coated) tube, make it the perfect "DIY kit" for many uses including shelving, furniture, signage, structures plus many more.
